Separation in categories feels like a burden: too artificial, too cumbersome. Need something like BuJo Daily Logs for everything together for "controlled chaos".

06:00 Need more structure. Main problems: distractions, overwhelm. Due to: lack of clear plan, schedule. Need to block distractions (limited nr of tools to use) and have step by step plan for the day.

06:05 Watching Serene promo made me realise that I need holistic system for daily focused workflow. I need to become proactive and choose how to spend my days and in what ways. Otherwise it's too easy to get carried away, esp. nowadays.
