Didn’t feel so bad in a long time.
Guess it began with morning message from mom trying to fix my problems. It triggered guilt and fear.
Now took bit more MPH, feel better.
20:05 looking-back I took 3x20 oral + 1x10mg sublingual. Felt bad bc. 2x20 wore off. As soon as took 3rd 20 – began to feel better.
Want to start fresh.
Need to use roam in a structured way to prevent chaos.
First advice was: put everything in daily notes at the beginning.
