disturbed sleep: woke up often, took longer to fall asleep

-> don’t drink coffee in the evening

woke up early, with an alarm, without snoozing, directly started morning routine

called Dr. Redling, went and got prescription for MPH in advance - 2 days before running out

stopped to order mph, went to dm to get surprise for Anya

I realized problem with Anya: I despise weakness. And she praises it.

Once I decided to stick with Anya - feel more at calm around her.

second choice - risk ending up forever alone - seems worse

Today was good, productive.

Spent half day trying to withdraw money from CC, but w/o many distractions.

Ate bf sleep a lot

often forgot to take mph - apparently didn’t feel the need that much.

took less caffeine - less edgy, foggy, dizzy. less irritated, anxious. more calm, focused. less overfixated, less overwhelmed. feel much better

IBS got much better without RB. maybe bc adjusted to increasing zoloft.
