20:20 👀 💫 much of this tension comes from expecting bad things when it's silent / feeling guilty when doing something for myself because of past abuse from Nika and mom, at least in form of silent treatment.

📅 [Anya] Said so many things between the lines of her not being able to rely on me as on a man, me not being responsible, her feeling like a caregiver, friend etc. Basically same shit that Nika said back then about me not being manly enough, just sugarcoated.

To Nika for teaching me the notion of psychopathy and for showing me that not all people are inherently good.
