✍🏻 ❀️ 20:15 Day spent in overwhelm and pain. After wasting time and downloading multiple apps started to hate myself and feel guilty (one of the apps was 8,99$). Brain fog set, big time IBS. So I just waited till I feel better.

✍🏻 Spent hours trying to come up with a decent way to read wiki articles and clip notes in a structured manner. Jumped between Evernote, Command, Roam, MN. Such a waste of time and energy, hate it.

Plus Anyas tantrums are sucking me dry.

Plus Sicherheitshypothek is just scary af.

2.3 Lessons

-> While things are better you need to work as hard and as fast as you can to get stronger to prepare for the next wave = crisis to come. πŸŒ€

-> how-to-learn It's always better to start with general structure (in a *breadth-first search* kinda way). To get a big picture view first. And go one level deeper from there.

-> Most of the time when I feel sad, overwhelmed, empty, irritated etc. it's because of hunger.

-> You must have appropriate workflow right from the start.

When you tell your plans and get cheered up - you get a dopamine kick and that can prevent you from actually starting.
