To do more of things that feel right and to avoid or stop doing things that make you feel weak (destabilize you, as JBP would say).

It’s all about whether your actions create more chaos or bring more order into your life.

Seems to be connect to triggers. Some things like Anya trigger my hyperactivity or overwhelm and avoidance.

Feel much better after watching TV: melts my heart.

Feel much better after eating some good food.

Feel much worse after talking to Anya.

Got triggered after she started a fight, again: chest pain.

She often makes me feel this way.
